The apartment is in a prime location: right next to the ski area (the access to the ski lift starts directly behind the house), yet quiet but central.

1 min. to the village bus stop, 10 minutes walk to the village center. The free ski bus runs every 15 minutes from Christmas to Easter. There is also a beginners’ ski lift right next to the apartment.

Wonderful hiking trails and a mountain bike route are right behind the house. The view out of the window is both pleasing and calming. The panorama, the surrounding meadows, forests and mountains, the nearby stream and the peace and quiet are unique – so relaxation is guaranteed.

The apartment covers 41 m² (for 2 – 4 people) and is divided as follows:

Balcony across the entire front of the house towards Imbachhorn
1 bedroom with double bed
1 open-plan living/sleeping/dining area with double sofa bed with fully equipped kitchen, oven and TV
1 bathroom with shower and toilet

The apartment is located on the 1st floor. A parking lot and ski storage room are at your disposal.

The apartment can be combined with the apartment “Kitz” in the same house, on the same floor for a total of 8 people.

Smoking and keeping pets in the apartment is not permitted.
